Great game! When the PSN network is working. Otherwise not so much

Great game! When the PSN network is working. Otherwise not so much
My original review gave one star because the PS4 network was down when I originally wanted to play the game which left a nasty taste in my mouth. I have since put in about 10 hours of playtime and the game is quite fun. The game seems to be heavily centered around weapon and armor upgrades, which I like very much. I have only played a couple rounds of multiplayer but I had a great time playing.

Many great changes were made to make the game flow better than the original and help players launch into the games universe without meaningless hold ups, such as improved space travel, a short main story, plenty of side content and a streamlined multiplayer. Entering a world now feels like you're really jumping straight into a battlefield of mayhem now, with all your patrols and journeys available to play before or after a mission without having to jump back into orbit, the plethora of public events happening across the entire map, and the fact that any of the players on the map may be carrying out the same, or entirely different tasks in the same area as you makes it feel like the game is actually set up the way it was always meant to be. pvp has been streamlined and accommodates players who do not have the dlc packs much more comfortably, as well as a much smoother and balanced gameplay. The new energy, kinetic and power weapons make the game much more even, as you can now equip a hand cannon, auto rifle, submachine gun or sidearm for close-mid range, and a pulse rifle, scout rifle for mid to long range, switching between them when you are in different positions or run out of ammo and need to change tactics quickly. power weapons now accommodate sniper rifles, fusion rifles, rocket launchers, grenade launchers and more, the equalizer is the fact that heavy ammo pickups will give you more ammo if you choose a weapon that is more difficult to get kills with (yet not actually less powerful), so if you want a guaranteed kill, choosing a rocket launcher will make it easy to use the ammo pickup effectively, but choosing a shotgun or something may reward you with multiple kills but require more strategy and skill.

The main issues with the game are:
the fact that the journey's do not adapt to your current light level, so if you don't do them early on in the game, you will basically blow right through them with barely a scratch later on. there should be a option to do the journey at the base recommend light level or adaptive light level/higher light level.

there's no 8v8 or 16vs16 game modes, which areas of the main story maps could have been made to accommodate.

managing your inventory to keep your desired resilliance, mobility and recover levels are as confusing and frustrating as ever. There should be a way to save "armor sets" to quickly swap out your whole armor quickly to match sub class specific perks with your active subclass, or simply to prioritize recovery over mobility. Weapons are slightly less of an issue in this way.

They should have made resilience and those sorts of traits unique to each class, Warlocks would have the best recovery, Hunters would have the best mobility, and Titans would have the best resistance.

Earning the same weapons and armor pieces are still incredibly repetitive, annoying and ridiculous. Instead, as you play you should "unlock" these pieces of equipment and purchase them with glimmer from a store at the tower. This way you don't have to constantly dismantle unwanted weapons and worry that if you accidentally dismantle a valuable piece of gear you'll lose it forever. If you ever want to get the same piece of gear with different shaders/and perks you can always purchase a duplicate.

The new shader system is great for giving a extremely personal look, but there should be a way to use a complete shader to cover your whole guardian instead of using the individually assigned shaders, kind of like a basic override that you can toggle on or off while you're trying to create a super in depth custom look while still unlocking new gear,

having to restart the entire story just to add a titan, warlock or hunter to your array. there should be a way to switch between the classes for a single character after completing the main story of the game.

Supers make competitive PvP feel childish.

Destiny 2 is what Halo2 was to Halo. The team left at Bungie following the sale of there brainchild and beloved masterpiece Halo, felt some serious growing pains with the creation of an MMO/Shooter with the release of the original Destiny game. In spite of the complaints of things that are not materially significant to the enjoyment of the game and the implementation of "micro transactions" for cosmetics, Destiny 2 brings back the soul and spirit of Bungie's original creation in Halo. Destiny 2 has a story and lore that actually makes the player care about the game they are playing beyond the progression of power and loot and chasing the higher level. This one at moments brought me back to the joy and excitement I felt when I first played a new Halo game back in the hand's of Bungie. It is by no means a perfect game and I would give it 4.5 stars if I could, but I chose to give it 5 to offset the butt hurt and haters out there. If you are a shooter fan and love the original Halo franchise, don't hesitate in picking this up, but be warned it will suck hours out of your life that will feel like mere minutes as you are sucked into a very busy, beautiful and interesting world that is Destiny 2. Thank you Bungie for making Destiny into the game that your fans want to play and for progressing and improving the Destiny world in nearly every possible way. Second best game I have played in 2017, Breath of the Wild is the Game of the year for me, but Destiny 2 is worth your time and money if hard hitting action packed and most importantly "FUN" shooters are in your wheelhouse.

i was reluctant to purchase this after only playing destiny 1 for the first week, and then not wanting to buy into the dlc fiasco, however this is a great looter shooter, first of all the story is pretty generic but its about or just a little longer than the campaign in halo 2, and a very fun way to get your character to level 20, and then the real looter shooter part of the game starts after, i would like the loot to be a little different, more like diablo 2 if that makes sense, because you can be limited to weekly milestones unless you get an amazing fireteam and solely play trials starting on friday, or run the raid a bunch. All that being said ive put around 80-100 hours in and dont see a stop in the foreseeable future, sure certain things could be refined and more fleshed out, for example actually pairing people in trials based on their crucible skill rank, and dedicated servers would be nice, regardless this is still a great game and doesnt deserve to be shat on by the community. The DLC practices can be a little lame though they need to release more events, loot, (for free, some people dont want to feel obligated to spend 100$+ on a game) open world pvp, maybe the darkness will be playable at some point allowing people to do open world pvp

En relacion al juego deja muchi que desear. Si no tienes amigos para cooperativo no lo compres. Es un juego muy repetitivo.
